As an original TES team member and former hotel executive, my passion is experiencing the power of collaboration in action. In my role on the TES Leadership team, I manage our site selection team and combine my insider knowledge of hotels with a blend of diplomacy and negotiation to secure the best event venues and locations for our clients. 

Whether overseeing the management and execution of critical elements for our events, or serving as a mentor for our team, my goal is to always keep the big picture in the forefront.  Prior to TES I held leadership roles for luxury hotel brands such as the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins, Campton Place Hotel and Silverado Resort.
