In my role as an Event Manager at TES, I excel at striking the balance between the precision execution of details and maintaining a big-picture focus on strategic goals. I prioritize delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. I'm the go-to person for shaking up our routines and making sure we're doing things as efficiently as possible. The more hectic things get at events, the more I thrive. I love rallying the team, injecting some fun with laughter, and getting creative to solve problems. 

Whether working as an Executive Director with the American Pageants organization, breaking fundraising goals with the Creative Discovery Museum in Chattanooga,  or as a Programming Director with Michigan Youth Leadership, community engagement has always been a priority for me.
